Since the demise of party leader, Ex. Chief Minister J. Jayalalitha, whom people of Tamilnadu expected as Chief Minister was her trust worthy O Paneer Selvam, with whom she placed her trust and given the power to rule twice in her absence. But unfortunately after her death the party fell into the hands of Sasikala, who made Edapadi K Palanisamy as Chief Minister. This led to the rise of a new era. Roller coaster ride from Son of a farmer to Chief Minister of the state. The journey and the name he earned is inspiring and hard earned. We all know the judgment made on him when he first took office, But in his whole period he is nothing less than extraordinary.

• Declared delta regions as protected farm lands.
• Attracted Foreign Direct Investment of about 20,000 crores. 
• 7.5% reservation in medical studies for government school students.
• Execution of 11 smart city projects all around the state.

MK STALIN

MK Stalin is another product of nepotism in Tamilnadu politics. The lad was the son of M Karunanidhi, Ex. Chief Minister of Tamilnadu. While M Karunanidhi was serving his first CM period Vaiko was the one who served next him in the party. Vaiko the man of immeasurable wisdom, his service to the state is remarkable. But in order to bring his son MK Stalin, the next heir to the CM race. MK Stalin was given all powers and Vaiko was ignored and which made him leave the party and start one for his own. Since then DMK party started to see its downfall, which is still in their recovering phase. But that is not the only worry DMK have, it is a party ruled by one family M Kalaingnar’s. Like Congress in central. That made people choose ADMK in the last decade.

WHY STALIN?

• Announces waving of educational loan in campaign promises.

• His campaign was led by the great Prashant Kishore which made Stalin look digitally good.

• Medical insurance for every person was announced during the DMK period.

KAMAL HASAN

Kamal Hasan is an intellectual person who always has love for language and for the people. We all know the contribution he made for the cinema industry. He always wanted to see tamil cinema grow, for that he has made a lot of sacrifices including all his career earnings. This time he chose to serve people directly, he is a person with selfless ambition. If people of Tamilnadu are fed up with current politicians and change is what they look for then Kamal Hasan is the one. He also got into good terms with Arvind Kejriwal, a political storm which hit Delhi in 2014. He was also there when Kamal announced his party. He has vision for the state and he never runs for money.

WHY KAMAL?

• Kamal is intellect and selfless which makes him a prime candidate.

• He is well educated and has a vision for the state.

• Kamal is holding his torch against corruption.
